Most people come to therapy because they are unhappy in some way and want to feel and function better. I invite you to tell me about yourself, what you see as being problematic in your life and what you are hoping for from therapy. Many issues can be explored and addressed. You may have anxiety, depression, anger, feelings of shame or grief arising from loss. There may be difficulties in your relationships, a history of childhood neglect or abuse, problems at work. Maybe you feel empty, hopeless, a lack of joy or satisfaction in life, or a sense of not being connected in yourself or with others, with a lack of confidence or low self esteem.
